Pot 'o Gold

If you build it, the will come.

I'm going to say it because everyone else seems to fucking vilify the man. Bruce Ratner has done more to help Brooklyn become what it is today more than anyone else.

I'm no fashonista...

But this #maxxinista looks like she had a #maxxipadinista explosion due to an improperly placed scarf! Now that it's getting cold, ladies, please take care to watch the placement of your scarf!

Happy Columbus Day!

Happy Columbus Day! Why don't you fail at your marketing campaign and simultanously make it sound like you're making fun of Italians!

Next time I see an Italian person something stupid, #twitaly.

Come and get it!

Believe it or not, there was nothing worth taking. That means a lot because I've been nicknamed "Sanford and Son" in the past!

UWAGA!

I didn't know that there were enough Polish Asbestos abatement workers that buildings in NYC are posted in English, Spanish and Polish.

Handle with care

They will give your package the extra special service is deserves.

Who on earth though this logo was a good idea?!

Plumbers shouldn't bite their nails.

Although this guy looks like he had a healthy diet of lead paint as a child.

Now that I'm working for a different company, Construction Graffiti photos are a lot more rare. Amazingly, nothing has really changed. The spelling still sucks.

Is Peter North a partner?

There's got to be a movie with the same title as this company somewhere.
I imagine there may be a cameo by this guy. Big n' Speedy! File both of these under Engrish.

Just hanging out

Looks like another big mess on 57th Street! If they don't get this taken care of stat, and The National Weather Service is right, this thing is going to turn into a wrecking ball!

I guess the one year anniversary came a little early this year!

NYDN Graffiti - Thanks for nothing!

Looks like the New York Daily News just woke up and took a walk on a construction site! Clearly research is not a priority of the professional journalist these days. A simple Google search for construction graffiti would have opened your eyes to the fact that this exists. Shit, I even did that before I started my blog! The guy who copied my blog did the same thing before he started his blog (to steal all my photos!)

http://www.nydailynews.com/new-york/racist-sexist-slur-filled-graffiti-covers-new-wtc-article-1.1249195

"The soaring symbol of American resilience now bears the markings of lowlifes. The graffiti looms over the 16-acre site in lower Manhattan where more than 2,800 people of all colors and creeds died — victims of an attack directed at the heart of American ideals."

Give me a fucking break...

I love the anonymous "worker" who was quoted saying that it's difficult to walk into WTC 1. Who was this "worker?" Clearly he doesn't work in this industry.

And the also anonymous "insider" saying "this is pretty bad stuff." Get the fuck out of here. You aren't an insider if you think this is pretty bad stuff.

Oh yeah, ask the French tourist their opinion! OMG! So disgusting! I think the French person who drew this is disgusting, but hilarious!

You wouldn't have your soaring fucking symbol of American resilience without all of these "lowlifes." Here's a great idea - you EXPOSE all of the racism, sexism, and crude behaviour of construction workers. Start here and go to all the sites with active permits. Call me when you're done.

In the meantime, you've motivated me to start posting again!

Thanks to @jarak to bringing this to my attention.
