Eat at Joe's

I was once approached by a tradesman that said he came from a long line of short order cooks. He was wondering if it would be a problem if he set up shop on the job to sell to the other tradesman. I told him the owners probably wouldn't go for the idea, but it looks like he may have put some effort into advertising just in case he got the go-ahead.
