Local 78!

This ain't no union rat! This is much more extreme. The Laborers Union Local 78 set up a coffin on Broadway, just south of the Fulton Street Subway construction, with a poster demonstrating the dangers of absestos. Everyone on the street was stopping to take pictures and read the sign- definitely an attention grabber!
